Do i have to pay any postage?

No, we pay for the 1st Class postage in both directions. You'll receive your games in a pre-paid plastic envelope (usually the next day), which doubles as your pre-paid return envelope as well, so when you want to return the game, just post it into any postbox.

Do you offer a trial period?

We do not offer a trial period as we feel that a 10 day or restricted service will not do us justice. We also found that trial members would always want the most popular games, reducing the number available to our full members. Instead we offer a whole month for half price. This gives you better value for money and a longer period to truly experience our service.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No, you can cancel at any time from the My Account area online. Simply return any outstanding games before the next payment date and your account will be closed with no further payments due.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time from the My Account area of the web site. If you have any outstanding rentals you should return them before your next billing date. When returning your final games, you are required to obtain a proof of postage (free from any post office). Requests for refunds will not be considered if a proof of postage is not obtained.
